Student project for a fictional brand of wine. Deciding to base my brand in the Tuscan region of Italy, I named my product after the Etruscan god of wine, Fufluns. Wine bottle labels are silkscreened adhesive cork. Gift set of two different wines in a laser-burned pine box with sliding lid.
Featured on The Dieline
Student project for a fictional gift shop item to be sold at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. I developed and created the concept and design of a "build your own" kite activity kit for children after Benjamin Franklin's famous kite and key electricity experiment.
Featured on Lovely Package
Student project in which I was tasked with packaging a series of three intangible things. The paper boxes feature die cuts with the first letter of each word, Light, Reflection and Shadow. The Light box acts as a luminary with a vellum screen and battery-operated light inside, the Reflection box has a piece of mirror behind the die cut, and the Shadow box die cut is left open with the interior of the box printed in black. The boxes are not meant to be opened, but are conceptual pieces.
Student project in which I was tasked with creating an educational HTML website.

I'm Chris Ferrante and I'm a graphic designer and all-around creative guy, currently based in Princeton, NJ. I'm a 2013 graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, where I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a Specialization in Graphic Design, an Art History minor, and an Honors Concentration. I have always been a creative person, and I knew from a young age that I wanted to pursue my love and passion for art as my career—so here I am, doing just that! I'm a self-proclaimed perfectionist (which I consider both a positive attribute and a character flaw), and I find myself constantly challenging my creativity, talent, and skills when it comes to my work.
Some random things that I love: beautiful typography, mid-century modern furniture, clouds, pesto, kraft paper, orchestral music, plaid, driftwood, languages. Some random things I don't love: Comic Sans, glitter, eggs, rap music, more than one punctuation mark (like this!!).
